Reporting to the HR Resourcing & Development Manager , the position will provide assistance on Resourcing & Development activities in the Asset Requirements: • University degree or its equivalent • HR professional with adequate exposure to HR best practice. HR Generalist experience is required • IT literacy is essential • Relationship building and team working skills • Sound oral and written communication skills • Strong analytical ability • Ability to prioritize and deliver on targets • Self motivation and drive • High integrity and honesty.
