Qualification Relevant degree in Law, Postgraduate degree is an advantage. The candidate must have a sound knowledge and understanding of the King Report and Sarbanes Oxley. Experience At least five years Legal experience at the Executive or Senior Management Level in an ICT or similar industry. The candidate must have vast knowledge of regulatory policies and collective statutory laws in the industry with a strong Network in Government and at the relevant institutional level. Person Specification The candidate, preferably a female must have a strong leadership and communication skills. Have passion for results.
