GENERAL MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION) QUALIFICATION: * Minimum of BSc or equivalent in Engineering and experience in management. * Fifteen years experience of which 5 years must be in the construction industry. . * Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage. * Must be computer literate. 2. PROJECT MANAGER (ENGINEERING) QUALIFICATION: * Must be COREN registered. * Should have not less than 8 years experience of which 3 years must be in the construction industry. * Computer literacy is a must. 3. SENIOR ENGINEERS QUALIFICATION: * Five years post NYSC experience in construction/consultancy industry. * BSc or equivalent plus. * Must be COREN registered. 4. EXPERIENCED SUPERVISORS QUALIFICATION: * Must be holders of OND, city guild, tested trade or relevant professional qualification in building construction 5. CRAFTSMEN QUALIFICATION: * Holders of government trade test and/or experience site operators 6. SPECIALIST AND SUB-CONTRACTORS are also needed. 7. EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL MARKETERS QUALIFICATION: * Minimum of BSc or its equivalent in social sciences. * Wide experience in marketing, especially in real estate sector of the economy.
