BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: *Must possess Bsc. in a social science  *Must be proficient in the use of relevant computer applications  *A post graduate qualification, Certification and membership of a professional body will be an advantage  *Ability to work with little or no supervision  *Good presentation and communication skills  * Must have flair for Marketing 2. HUMAN RESOURCES  REQUIREMENTS: * Must possess Bsc. in a social science Business Administration  *Must be proficient in the use of relevant computer applications  * A post graduate qualification, Certification and membership of a professional body will be an advantage  * Ability to work with little or no supervision  * Good presentation and communication skills  * Must have flair for Accounting 3. ACCOUNTANT REQUIREMENTS: * Must possess BSC/HND in Accountancy  *Must be Proficient in Accounting Software e.g. Peach Tree, Microsoft Accounting Software, *Must have at least three (3) years cognate working experience in similar position  *Must be able to work with little or no supervision 4. PROJECT SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS: * Must have a technical background in Civil Engineering or building Technology. * Must have a minimum 10-years experience in major construction projects as a construction Engineer or supervisor (foreman)  * Past experience must encompass working with a major international construction Company · * Must be able to supervise a team of builders from various disciplines 5.
