A - CT1901 -   HR Manager South-West Region

Goal of the Job:

- To provide professional HR services and support to the regional staff.

 
 
Role Description:

-    HR Interventions at regional level.

-   Co-ordination of HR Agenda for the region.

-   HR Policy Implementation at regional level.

-    Regional Headcount Planning and sourcing.

-   Manage Organizational Development Interventions for the region.

-    Facilitate Performance Management and Monitoring.

-     Facilitate staff Development process.

-     Facilitate Employee Relations and Employee Well-being process.

-     Provision of monthly HR Reports to the GM (i.e. Hr Dashboard Report).

-      Collation of HR indices/statistics for Central HR use.
 
Requirement for Suitable Candidates:

1   Experience:

-     Advanced facilitation skills.

-    Ability to design HR Interventions.

-    Sound knowledge of Celtel Nigeria Policies and Procedures.

-    Excellent Communication skills.

-    Problem Solving and Analysis skills.

-    Excellent Conflict Management skills.

-    Sound knowledge of Telecommunication business drivers.

-     Project Management skills.

-    Excellent knowledge of relevant Nigerian Labors Laws.

 2  Qualification:

-    Bachelors' degree in any of the Social Sciences

-    Relevant Post Graduate qualification and /or Project Management experience will be an added advantage.

-    5 - 7 years experience, with a minimum of 3-4 years as a generalist HR Consultant).

B -  CT1906 - Executive Personal Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer

Goal of the Job: 

- Responsible for planning, organizing the Chief Officer's Office as well as administering all departmental activities.
 
Role Description:

- Effective Time and Diary Management for the Chief Officer
- Develop and maintain records and information systems in accordance with office policy and procedure
- Handling all mails and ensuring necessary actions are taken
- Assist in organizing and maintaining systems for the storage and retrieval of information
- Provide an effective interface between the Chief's guests and other members of the company
- Co-ordinate travel arrangements for the Chief Officer and Consultants
- Prepare weekly meetings  and ensure minutes are accurately recorded and communicated to all Directors

C -     CT1903 - Specialist: Legal (South - West Region)

Goal of the Job: 
 
- To give legal support to South West Region on site acquisition, community liaison, dispute resolution and lease renewals.
 
Role description:

- Prepare weekly and Monthly reports for Site acquisition, property acquisition, dispute resolution and community liaison.
- Vet title documents from SAQ officers/contractors and promptly assign  to SAQ solicitors for title search
- Monitor all search requests and obtain legal signoff
- Monitor, co-ordinate and drive the process of cheque payments to lessors/assignors.
Obtain access letters
- Vet contracts of sale, leases, licenses and similar documents.
- Prepare supplemental Lease Agreements and addendum to principal lease agreements
- Monitor execution of lease agreements by the company secretary and RGM
- Monitor and drive the process of Lease renewals up to execution and payments
 
Requirement for Candidate:      

    Qualification

- LLB Degree from a reputable University and BL from Nigerian Law School
- LLM or a masters degree will be an added advantage 

  Experience

- A minimum of 5 years post call experience in any of the following areas: Commercial law practice, community relations and regulatory affairs in a telecommunication industry
