These steps have resulted in the following vacancies: Registrar/CEO age: 40-50. Cr 001 The registrar leads the secretariat in providing administrative support to and implements the decisions and the strategic initiatives of the governing council. The search is for a highly skilled and competent, self-driven hr professional who must have acquired a minimum of fifteen years managerial experience in a reputable organization. With a master's degree in any of the social sciences or related disciplines, the candidate must have a business orientation and demonstrable competence in training, consulting or research. Director, membership services age: 35-45 CR 002 reporting to the registrar, this executive will coordinate the provision of world class membership services to members of the institute. The responsibilities would include articulating, developing and implementing a compelling member value proposition, a membership recruitment plan and a branch expansion strategy. The requirement is for a chartered hr professional, holding a minimum of a master's degree in the relevant disciplines. To succeed in this job, a candidate must be computer literate, posses excellent interpersonal skill and a ten-year management experience in a multi-cultural corporate environment. Director, professional development services age: 35-45 CR 003 this executive reports to be the registrar and coordinates the institute's drive to provide world class training and continuous professional development to its members. The incumbent also provides intellectual leadership to the institute's consulting, research and publication activities aimed at keeping its members fully equipped for their challenging roles as professionals. The successful candidate would have a minimum of a research based master's degree in any of the social science disciplines. He/she must have acquired a minimum of ten years experience either as a researcher or a management, compensation and benefits research.
