Vacancies in a reputable hotel

A reputable hotel located in Lagos needs the services of the   
 following:

1.    Marketing Manager      (Ref:MCC/PAH/001)
      The position requires high level personnel who will generally 
       be responsible for the overall marketing strategy of the   
       organization.

      Qualification:
      A minimum of Masters degree with 5-10 yrs marketing and
      sales experience in the hospitality industry.

      Key requirements:
•   Must be able to develop the strategic marketing plan of the organization
•   Strong communication, motivational and leadership skills.
•   Must be a goal-getter and opinion oriented.
•   Ability to seek out new customers and opportunities.
•   Strong analytical skills

2.   Front Desk Personnel       (Ref:MCC/PAH/002)
The position requires persons with charming and presentable personality. The personnel will be responsible for guests' book-in, reservations and attend to enquiries.

Qualification:
A minimum of OND with experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry.

Key requirements:
•   Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
•   Must be conversant with the check-in and check-out procedures.
•   Must have excellent customer service delivery and be able to interact with guests courteously.
•   A sound telephone etiquette is essential.

3.   House keepers       (Ref:MCC/PAH/003)
The position requires persons that will ensure thorough hygiene in the guests' rooms and will be responsible for the replacement of used amenities and promptly report any maintenance concerns.

Qualification:
A minimum of WASCE/SSCE with 1-2 years related work experience.

Key requirements:
•   Must be able to deliver service with integrity.
•   Must have excellent guest service skills.
•   Must be loyal and trustworthy.
