IC-GLOBAL Microfinance Bank Ltd is Recruiting !

IC-Global Micro Finance Bank Ltd (Former Isoko Community Bank Ltd) is one of the recently converted Micro Finance Banks, which is strategically located with a reputation for excellent business practises, strong balance sheet and excellent potentials

As a result of the conversion to Microfinance Bank and strategic refocusing, the above vacancies are  now available within the Bank.

1-  Executive Director-Risk/Treasury

Function

1- Responsible for the development of strategies to improve non performing facilities, reduce delinquencies, maximize recoveries and minimize lossess
2- Identify potential problem loans and provide guidance in restructuring or minimizing lossess
3- Evaluate credit risk and maintain the integrity of the credit reportig system
4- Maintain a current knowledge of changing legislation and regulatoy climate and recommend changes to the bank's credit policies and procedures and oversees
Effective fund management and control
5- Custodian of security items
6- Responsible for ensuring judicious utilization of distributed funds

Requrements
- First Degree in Business administration or other Business related field. Plus MBA and professional qualification in relavant fields
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience

2-   Chief Internal Auditor

Function

1- Reviewing, evaluating and enforcing compliance with operational and financial standards within the bank
2- Ensuring that departmental heads/managers are committed to the implementation of the established controls
3- Identify areas of weak controls and risk within the bank's core business and recommending approriate measures to strengthen and mitigate the risk to management

Requirements
- Must be a graduate in accounting, preferably with a relavant post graduate degree qualification
- Must have at least 5 years experience in a similar capacity within a reputable corporate organization and must be familiar with computer-aided procedures and a sound reproting skill

3-   Head-Information Communication Technology

Function

1- Responsible for the Designing and maintaining networks and software applications
2- Designing and deploying web applications

Requirements
- Must be a graduate in computer Engineering or any relevant engineering/science course
- Must have an adminstrative experience in running computer based installations and a demonstrated knowledge of IT operations, maintenance and management with 5 years post qualifications experience

4-   Chief Accountant

Function
1- Responsible for implementing finnacial management strategies and controls towards the achievement of the banks goals
2- Preparation of statutory financial statements for the bank
3- Implement appropriate accounting process, manage the bank cash position and also provide financial advisory services, for effective decision making

Requirements
- First Degree, plus professional or postgraduate qualifications
- Minimum of at least 10 years quality experience in well established financial institutions
- He/She is required to possess good accounting acumen prferable, chartered, strong computer skills, proficiency in written and oral communications, good references and evidence of good track record


5-     Executive Director - Marketing/Business Development
Function

1- Responsible for the development of marketing strategies to improve on the existing products of the bank and harness the untapped market;
2- Business development and product branding
3- Facilitate strategic alliances and partnering with associated relevant organizations
4- Formulate, revise and implement marketing and business policies, procedures and practises

Requirements
- Good first degree in marketing/business Administration or other Business related field plus an MBA and professional qualificaion in relevant fields
- 5 years post qualification experience

6-    Managing Director

Function

1- Leadership, Management and administration of the banks day-to-day operations, including supervision and oversight of staff systems and procedures
Policy Development and oversight in collaboration with the board
2- Board relations including implementating board approved policies, goals and objectives
3- External relations including establishing the groups external outreach; networking and building partnerships with other development stakeholders

Requirements
- Professional Experience in the development sector
- An understanding of policy development, monitoring and evaluation,
and the ability to conceptualize pragmatic ideas and strategies, strong managerial, organizational and interpersonal skills,
excellent analystical and writing skills in English,
and strong facilitating skills
- Minimum age required is 40 with minimum post qualifying experience of fifteen years
