MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1 TRUCK PARK MANAGER
To ensure effective management and utilization of a large truck pack facility, such that safety, high volume flow and efficiency are guaranteed at the truck park. The job holder will be responsible for effective utilization of truck park facilities, compliance with company safety rules at the truck park, meeting the target for return on investment while ensuring orderliness and good relations among truck park users.
A minimum of HND or BSC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 10 years of cognate experience is required. In addition, the right candidate must be exceptional in facility maintenance, relationship management and high volume traffic control. He or she must be somebody of high integrity, analytical, confident, assertive and
2 TRAINING INSTRUCTORS (MINES OPERATIONS)
To identify the skills gap of the mines personnel and to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate technical training required by the mines personnel for safe and effective operation and maintenance of mining equipment.
A minimum of HND or BSC in Mining Engineering or equivalent, registered with COREN, and 10 years of cognate experience.
The applicant must demonstrate sound knowledge of Operation and Maintenance of modern mining equipment, must be conversant with comprehensive mines planning and blasting techniques including safety requirements.
The age limit for this position is 45 years and below.
3 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER
To ensure the implementation of the Company's Occupational Health and Safety Management System and full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and standards
HND or BSC or equivalent in Engineering with recognized safety certification and a minimum of 10 years cognate experience.
The applicant must show track record of implementation of Safety Management System with a capacity to identify, analyze and design mitigation measures against work-place hazards.
4 COMPENSATION MANAGER
To develop, implement and monitor process and procedure to drive an effective employee compensation, rewards and benefits
A minimum of HND or BSC in Accounts or equivalent with an interest in HR career and a minimum of 10 years cognate experience in a manufacturing environment.
The right candidate must demonstrate numeric and analytic abilities with strong personality and integrity.
5 CENTRAL CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR
To work in a team and ensure uninterrupted safe plant operation to achieve production targets, quality and optimal performance while maintaining good operating environment.
ND, HND, BSC or equivalent in Engineering with 10 years cognate experience. The applicant must have a hands-on experience in Kiln, and grinding plant operation for at least 5 years.
In addition, the right candidate must demonstrate good knowledge of cement technology including material handling, air flow, milling, finish grinding and pyroprocessing.
A working knowledge of FLS, ECS automation and cement process cemulator will be an advantage.
6 FACILITY MANAGER
To ensure an effective plant facility management including general house keeping, supervision of sanitation contractors and maintenance of a safe and health working environment.
A minimum of HND or BSC in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Building with a minimum of 10 years of cognate experience.
The right candidate must have hands-on experience in facility maintenance, industrial cleaning, a good team leader and an efficient user of human resources.
