Pro-Health International, a faith- based, non-profit organization with its Headquarters in Jos, Plateau State, requires the services of the following:

1 PROGRAM OFFICER. HCT/PREVETION (1)
(Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria)
Competitive applicants must:
• Have a first degree in a health-related field;
• Have a postgraduate degree in public health;
• Have at least 5 years post NYSC experience in HIV prevention including peer education and grants management;
• Be conversant with PEPFAR reporting and other requirements;
• Have good written/oral communication skills which must include report writing and presentation of information, public speaking and relations.
• Leading group discussions, conveying of information and instructions and effective time management;
• Be computer literate with working knowledge of MS- Word, MS-Excel and other relevant computer packages,
• Have strong organizational kills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Have good human resource management skills.
• Be willing to work irregular hours.
• A socio-cultural background similar to intervention community will is an added advantage.

2. PROGRAM OFFICER-STIGMA REDUCTION (SR) (1)
(Location: Calabar, Nigeria)
Competitive applicants must:
• Have a first degree in a health related field;
• Have a postgraduate degree in public health;
• Have at least 5 year post NYSC experience in HIV/AIDS Stigma Reduction and grants management;
• Be conversant with PEPAR reporting and other requirements;
• Have good written/oral communication skills which must include report writing and presentation of information, public speaking and relations, leading group discussions, conveying of information and instructions and effective lime management;
• Be computer literate with working knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel and other relevant computer packages;
• Have strong organizational, skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Be willing to work irregular hours;
• Have the ability to oversee sub-grantees.
• A socio-cultural background similar to intervention community will be an added advantage.

3. PROGRAM OFFICER-PEER EDUCATION (PE) (1)
(Location; Calabar, Nigeria)
Competitive applicants must:
• Have a in a health related field;
• Have a postgraduate degree in public health;
• Have at least 5-years post NYSC experience in HIV/AIDS peer education and grants management;
• Be conversant with AID reporting and other requirements;
• Have good written/oral communication skills which must include report writing and presentation of information, public speaking and relations, leading group discussions, conveying of Information and instructions and effective time management;
• Be computer literate with working knowledge of MS-word. MS-Excel and other relevant computer packages;
• Have strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Be willing to work Irregular hours.

4. PROCUREMENT MANAGER (1)
[Location: Jos, Nigeria]
Competitive applicants must:
• Have a Bachelor's Degree or HND in any of the Social Sciences with professional qualifications in relevant fields;
• Have a post-graduate qualification in relevant field
• Be a person of proven integrity, honesty and accountability;
• Have 5-10 years post NYSC experience in procurement management;
• Be a member of relevant professional bodies;
• Be conversant with PEPFAR/USAID reporting and other requirements;
• Have sound knowledge of the procurement processes, law of contracts negotiation skills, the ability to write bids specifications and contracts and to establish and maintain effective relationships;
• Have sufficient experience in grant-supported projects;
• Be computer literate with working knowledge of MS-Word and MS-Excel;
• Have strong organizational skills, ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Be willing to work irregular hours
• Working knowledge of accounting will be an added advantage.

5. GRANTS MANAGER (1)
(Location: Jos, Nigeria)
Competitive applicants must
• Have a degree or HND in any of social sciences;
• Have a post-graduate qualification in relevant field;
• Have 5-10 years post-NYSC experience in grants or financial management;
• Have sufficient experience in grant supported projects;
• Be conversant with PEPFAR/USAID reporting and other requirements;
• Have detailed understanding of grant making and management processes;
• Be computer literate with working knowledge of MS-Word MS-Excel;
• Have strong organizational skill and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Be willing to work irregular hours.

6. HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (1)
(Location: Jos. Nigeria)•
Competitive applicants must;
• Have a BSc/HND in Human Resources Management, Business Management or other relevant fields;
• Have a 5-8 years working experience in a reputable organization;
• Be a member of relevant professional body (ies);
• Have excellent written/oral communications including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures;
• Have effective interpersonal, public relations, and public speaking and time management skills;
• Be highly proficient in computer applications including word processing and spread sheets;
• Be willing to work irregular hours.
• A M.Sc. degree in the humanities will be of added advantage.

7. ACCOUNTANT (1)
(Location: Calabar, Nigeria)
Competitive applicants must;
• Have a University degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration;
• Have a professional qualification e.g., ICAN, CPA. ACA, etc;
• Have a minimum of 5 years post-NYSC working experience in accounting related to community level programs;
• Be familiar with Nigerian NGOs. Donor funded programs and reporting requirements;
• Experience with PEPFAR/USAID funded would be an added advantage;
• Have the ability to work well and maintain compatibility among project staff, subcontractors. Sub guarantees and recipients of assistance;
• Have a well developed computer skill in accounting packages/spread-sheets e.g., MS-Excel, Peachtree, Tally and Sage, etc;
• Have experience in preparation of budgets for NGOs and budget monitoring for multiple funded programs;
• Be able to develop relevant accounting and financial reporting systems for management decisions and donor(s) requirements;
• Be willing to work irregular hours,
• A socio-cultural background similar to intervention community will be an added advantage.

8. MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER (1)
(Location Calabar, Nigeria)
Competitive applicants must;
• Have a degree in any health related discipline;
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years post NYSC experience in M & E in reproductive health or HIV/AIDS programs;
• Have an experience working with partners edge of the local context essentials;
• Have familiarity with USAID funded programs;
• Have understanding of political issues in the Niger-Delta/ethical issues surrounding HIV infection and DATA quality management;
• Have the ability to work well and maintain compatibility among project staff, subcontractors, sub-guarantees and recipients of assistance;
• Have well developed written and oral communication skills;
• Possess excellent expertise with data analysis software packages;
• Be willing to work irregular hour;
• A post-graduate degree in public health/epidemiology will be an added advantage.

9. ICT OFFICER/NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR (1)
(Location: Jos, Nigeria)
Competitive applicants must
• Have a BSc/HND in Computer Sciences;
• Have 3-5 years post-NYSC experience in LAN management, hardware maintenance and peripherals equipment;
• Be Knowledgeable in a range of computer networking systems and languages
• Be able to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel;
• Be knowledgeable of federal copyright laws as they pertain to the use of computer software
• Be knowledgeable in computer and /or network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques;
• Be able to provide technical training to end users;
• Have good written/oral communication skills
• Be willing to work irregular hours.
• A higher qualification in IT related field would be an advantage,

10. FRONT DESK OFFICER/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (2)
(Location: Calabar, Port-Harcourt, Nigeria)
Competitive applicants must:
• Have a BSc/HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Administration, Social Sciences or other relevant fields;
• Have a 3-5 years post-NYSC working experience;
• Have a good secretarial background and excellent writing/oral communications skills;
• Have good interpersonal skills;
• Have knowledge of bookkeeping and financial records;
• Have working knowledge of ICT;
• Must have advanced skills in Word processing, Graphics, and Spread sheets, e.g. MS Word. CorelDraw, MS-Excel, etc;
• Have a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute;
• Be willing to work irregular hours;
• A socio-cultural background similar to intervention community wills be an added advantage

11. LOGISTICS OFFICER (1)
[Location; Calabar, Nigeria]
Competitive applicants must;
• Have a first degree /HND in any of the humanities or social sciences;
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a technical field;
• Be computer literate;
• Possess expertise or good technical knowledge of equipment and appliances;
• Have good human resource management skills;
• Be willing to work irregular hours,
• A socio-cultural background similar to intervention community will be an added advantage.

12. YOUTH PEER EDUCATION TRAINERS (PET)(6)
[Location: Calabar/Port-Harcourt, Nigeria]

• Have a first degree/HND in relevant fields;
• Have the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with their peers;
• Be comfortable with HIV/AIDS issues in a sensitive and non-judgmental way:
• Have good interpersonal skills including listening skills;
• Be computer literate;
• Be self confident and show potential for leadership

13. ADVOCACY OFFICERS

• Have a first degree or HND in the social sciences:
• Have experience working in public relations;
• Be willing to work irregular hours;
• Relevant training in advocacy for HIV/AIDS at the community level will be an added advantage.
• A socio-cultural background similar to intervention community is a strong requirement.

14. DRIVER (5)
(Location: Calabar, Nigeria)
Competitive applicants must;
• Have WASC O'level/GCE
• Have 7 years working experience;
• Have good written/oral communication skills;
• Have good knowledge of roads in the Nigeria-Delta region and other relevant locations.

15. SECURITY GUARDS (6)
[Location: Calabar/Port-Harcourt, Nigeria]
Competitive applicants must;
• Have WASC, O'level/GCE
• Have 7 years working experience;
• Must show aptitude for security work, crime detection and prevention;
• Must be agile and medically fit and a person of good character;
• A retired member of any of the law enforcement agencies would be preferred;

16 OFFICE ASSISTANT/CLEANERS (2)
(Location: Calabar/Port-Harcourt, Nigeria)

Holders of WASC/GCE, O'level/OND and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
