Job Description:
Develop and drive implementation of a customer experience management strategy
Develop and drive implementation of an operational customer experience blueprint based on customer touch point management
Identify and rectify gaps in service delivery across the organisation
Facilitate and manage projects and optimize initiatives with respect to service delivery
Research, develop and maintain customer focused processes
Communicate the customer value proposition across the organization and ensure it is well embedded
Work in conjunction with HR L&D to build customer management competencies across the organization

Job Conditions: General working conditions May be required to work extra hours Willingness to travel at any time
Reporting To: Senior Manager, Customer Management
Required Skills:
5 years experience in Brand/Customer Experience Management
Employment Status :
Permanent
Qualification:
First degree in any relevant area, but preferably in the social sciences, MBA will be an added advantage
