FACILITY MANAGERS Requirements Candidates must have a good University Degree preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field from a reputable institution. Candidates must graduates with a minimum age of 45 years and post qualification experience of about 15-20 years with at least 10 years practical experiences at Senior Management level preferably in a multinational environment with a proven track record of managing multiple projects on moderate to high complexity. He must also have clear understanding of and vast experience in all the processes of facility maintenance from mechanical and electrical utilities to building interior elements and renovation. It is expected that the successful candidates will be resourceful in both quality workmanship and personnel management and will undertake the maintenance of new facilities as well as upgrading and refurbishing of existing ones. Responsibilities The Facility managers will manage and head the Facility Maintenances Division. This function requires a close working relationship with both undertake in-house Property Officers. Accountants and Contractors. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a commitment to quality maintenance principles and practices and display high financial responsibility for all projects undertaken. CHIEF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS Requirements A matured self-starter, aged between 45-50 with unquestionable track record, discipline, with excellent people skills. Qualification A good first degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or any other related profession additional qualification will an added advantage. Experience Should have a minimum of 25 years post graduate experience wih at least 8 years practical experience at a senior Management level. The scope of experience should cover sufficient knowledge in personnel, Supervision and Property Maintenance. Key skills and Duties Functionally the job holder will be expected to have knowledge and experience in - PLC and drive programming and electrical safety protection system - Implementation of preventative maintenance service on electrical systems and generators. - Maintenance of electrical distribution systems including HT Panels - Solving air-conditioning and security equipment maintenance problems.
