Job Description:
 ·        Implement HR operational action plans aligned to the overall MTN Group HR Strategy and business plan
Conducts needs analysis and implement appropriate solutions and interventions
Implement HR Systems practices, policies and procedures
Cost effective Talent Acquisition including Packaged remuneration to suit customers 
Provide services that minimize conflict, promote a healthy working environment and improve industrial and employee relations
Ensure each individual has the correct competencies and up to date job profile in order to meet Business requirements
Implement EE targets
Manage staff retention and exit formalities
Input & Maintain HR management system for region
Utilize OD, learning and development, well being, acquisition and retention COE infrastructures and resources
 
Job Conditions: Normal MTNN working conditions
Reporting To:  HR Manager, Shared Services
Required Skills:
 ·        Minimum of 4 years working experience with at least 2 years in General HR roles spanning:
o       Industrial Relations
o       Employee Relations
o       HR Administration
o       HR Operation
Experience in Telecommunication industry would be an advantage
Employment Status :
 Permanent
Qualification:
 Tertiary qualification in HR / Behavioral Sciences or related discipline
