Link serve seeks to fill the position announced as follows: NATIONAL SALES MANAGER The Prospective candidate must have: • A good Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Physical Sciences of not less than 8 years post • Graduation Experience (If you do not have either degree please, do not apply). • Ability to plan and execute a sales strategy for the West African Emerging market. • Ability to monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. • Proven Experience in relating with dealers and distributors and advising them on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business. • The ability to develop a team and provide leadership for the team (ability to-mentor a team). • Experience in leading a similar team. • The ability to develop sales territories, set goals/targets, and establish training programs for all sales staff. • Ability to drive the Company sales team in order to achieve set sales targets • The ability to prepare business plans, carry out market research and deliver market intelligence reports. • The ability to prepare sales budgets and ensure strict compliance to budgets. • Experience in project development and Government initiatives. • Excellent communication skills in oral and written English. • A Strong Passion for Sales and securing high target transactions. • Excellent knowledge of VSAT product and services would be an added advantage • Ability to communicate comfortably with senior corporate and government officials. •Travel Time is over 40% BILLING MANAGER The Prospective candidate must have: • A good Bachelors degree in Computer Science OR Accounting. • Must be A Chartered Accountant with strong analytical skills. • Minimum of A years Experience in a similar position • The ability to manage the Account Receivables of the company • The ability to liaise effectively with the sales and accounting personnel to ensure that Account receivable balances are correct at all times • The Ability to administer company's accounts receivable policy • The Ability to generate reports of outstanding AR and aging analysis • Have proficiency in the use of accounting software such as sage, Pastel, Peachtree or quick books. • Knowledge of java, C++ or Data base administration would be an added advantage • Female Candidate preferred in order to encourage the feminine gender in the work place. CONTROL ACCOUNTANT The candidate must possess the following: • 1st degree in Accounts, economics or related field. • Must be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 years experience in internal control function; most recent experience should in a technology organization. • The Ability to manage the Accountant Receivables of the company in line with the approved credit policy of the company. • Must be able to scrutinize all credit requests before recommendation for approval • Must be able to analyze outstanding debts to ensure that the approved credit limit is not exceeded and the age is within limit • Must have the capacity to recover debts when they fail due and be able to take necessary steps to recover difficult debts of the company REMUNERATION Salary is very attractive with Stock Options within six months of joining. Higher skill will attract significantly.
