1. FINANCIAL CONTROLLER: Requirements • B.Sc/HND Accounting and professional qualification such as ICAN/ACCA/CPA/CIA or equivalent. • Minimum 15 years post qualification accounting experience, 5 years of which must be at a top management level. • Banking experience is highly desirable • Sound knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, fiscal management, auditing, computerized accounting packages and book keeping systems. • Experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage 2. HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT Requirements: • B.Sc/HND in Accounting and a professional qualification such as ICAN/ACCA/CPA or equivalent. • 15 years post-qualification auditing and accounting experience in a manufacturing company, 5 years of which must be in a similar position. • Sound knowledge of budgeting, costing, fiscal management, auditing, computerized accounting packages and book keeping systems. 3. MARKETING MANAGER Requirements • B.SC/HND in Marketing or relevant discipline plus MBA • Minimum 12 years post qualification experience in marketing communication, advertising and brand promotion. • Experience in FMCG industry is highly desirable 4. BRAND MANAGERS Requirements • B.SC/HND in relevant discipline. • Minimum 7 years post qualification experience in marketing communication, advertising and brand promotion. • Must have good working relationship with media agencies/houses • Experience in FMCG industry will be an added advantage 5. REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS Requirements • B.Sc/HND in relevant discipline plus MBA • Minimum 8 years post-qualification sales experience in FMCG 6. ASSISTANT SALES MANAGERS Requirements: • B.Sc/HND in relevant discipline • Minimum 5 years sales experience in FMCG • Possession of a valid driving license is a must 7. ASSISTANT  MANAGERS, AUDIT Requirement: • B.Sc/HND in Accounting in Accounting, plus relevant professional qualification • Minimum 5 years auditing and accounting experience. 3 of which must be in a manufacturing company • Must be computer literate 8. MICROBIOLOGIST Requirement: • B.Sc/HND in Microbiology • Minimum 3 year post qualification cognate experience in a food/beverage industry 9. AUDIT OFFICERS Requirement: • B.Sc/HND in Accounting • Minimum 2 years auditing and accounting experience in a manufacturing company 10. ACCOUNT OFFICERS Requirement: • B.Sc/HND in Accounting • Minimum 3 years cognate experience in a manufacturing company • Knowledge of computerized accounting packages is highly desirable 11. SALES EXECUTIVES Requirements: • B.Sc/HND in relevant discipline • Minimum 2 years sales experience in an FMCG company • Possession of a valid driving license is a must 12. WAREHOUSE/STORE OFFICERS Requirements: • B.Sc/HND in numerate discipline • Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing company. • Working knowledge of Ms excel and other database package is highly desirable 13. SALES DRIVERS Requirements: • Diploma/OND in relevant discipline • Minimum 1 year's sales experience and ability to drive a sales truck/van • Possession of a valid driving license is a must 14.
