Qualification and Profile of Candidate:
• Deep petroleum industry knowledge with 10 years of relevant upstream
experience in power systems engineering
• Practiced competencies in integrated teamwork or projects in 2 or
more phases of the EP lifecycle: e.g. Exploration, Appraisal, FDP or
Project surveillance, power system management etc.
• Demonstrated experience and interest in the development and
mentoring of specialist staff.
• A broad understanding of the LPG business, preferably in Nigeria.
• Interest in novel /innovative technology development and implementation.
• Ability to effectively representing the organization externally at
industry conferences etc.
• Good communication and social skills, effective across a broad
spectrum of nationalities and cultures.
