NETWORK SUPPORT OFFICER          Job Type :                Company :  Total Nigeria Plc  Contract :  permanent position Branch :  Refining Marketing Location :  Nigeria - Lagos Interviews will  take place in :  Head Office, Lagos. Starting date :  As soon as possible Salary :  According to profile and experience                 Job description :                • Acts as the focal point to resolve operational problems escalated by the helpdesk team by ensuring that user's problems are attended to in timely manner. • Network Users' and Computers' Support and Management • Management and monitoring of backup and restore operations using Veritas Backup EXEC solution. • Daily update of the antivirus software on PCs at various locations. • Development of utility programs. • Management of the e-mail Messaging System in the organization. • Installation of windows operating systems, anti-virus software and third party applications • Any other duty assigned                Required skills :          Education :                BSC Computer Science / Engineering Minimum of Second Class, Upper Division                Experience :                Minimum of 1 - 2 years in Computer Networking Experience Knowledge of ERP Systems is an advantage                Skills :                • Network Administration and knowledge of E-mail Messaging Software • Must have analytical skills • Must be able to work with minimal supervision • Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills • Must be attentive to details        For more information on how to apply click here
