HUAWEI RECRUITING ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

The Radio Network Planning & Optimization (RNP&O) department of TSD is looking for suitably qualified candidates to occupy the position of a "RADIO NETWORK PLANNING & OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER".

General Requirements;
• Bachelor or Higher Degree in Electrical, Computer Science or Engineering.
• Good customer service orientation, communication skills, good team spirit and has ability to work independently.
• Self Motivated, flexible, enthusiastic to work with both oral and written fluency in English Language.
• Should be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power point)
• Applicants should be open to learning new skills and technology..
• Applicants should be goal oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Specific Requirements;
• Candidates should have at least 1 yr experience in the Telecommunication industry.
• Knowledge of GSM/CDMA technology.
• Knowledge of 3G/WCDMA technology and principles.
• Must be willing to travel at short notice.

Responsibilities;
• Carrying out site survey
• Drive test and KPI optimization.
• Parameter planning, Neighbour planning, Frequency planning & analysis.
• Onsite technical support etc.
