Due to the rapid expansion of the services we provide we are looking
for talented and dynamic Creative Solutions Executive.
It is essential that this person comes from a web publishing
background in a commercial environment and has experience of
commissioning content and multimedia packages. Ideally this Creative
Solutions Executive will have the ability to influence and motivate
others.
The Role
This is a superb role that is creative, varied and has a lot of
responsibility. The main duties include converting incoming briefs
from potential advertisers into ideas that meet their objectives. This
will include writing and editing copy plus coordinating the brief with
the clients and sales team. The role will also involve commissioning
content to freelancers and content providers and managing these
processes.
Person Requirements:
You will be good at managing workflow to ensure all of your work
progresses, and deadlines are met.
Essential Design Skills & Experience:
Logo design
Creating & adhering to branding guidelines
Single-page print designs (posters, ads, flyers, bannesr etc)
Multiple-page print designs (brochures, catalogues, leaflets etc)
Multi Media Authoring Skills
Website design
Good grasp on typography & visual hierarchy of information
Customizing designs & branding
Good visual presentation of work to client
Comfortable with wide range of styles to suit individual clients needs
Understanding of modern technology standards
Good understanding of marketing basics
Copy proofing
Writing project briefs & being involved in the quoting process
Essential Personal Skills:
Good organisational skills
Meticulous eye for detail
Ability to make sense out of (& potentially improve) poor briefs from clients
Ability to efficiently juggle several projects at once & meet tight deadlines
Good written & spoken mannerism for client communication
Patience to deal with difficult clients
